For our 7th year in Tokyo we were invited back for the second year by 100% Design Tokyo to take part in The container ground exhibition, we had five containers all in a row with the outsides beautifully bannered by Makom and Koyo and insides full of work from,

We had a mini woodland cinema from Future Shorts with a pastoral wonderland from Masako Sato and Toby Summerskill. Peter Ibruegger produced a temple for meditation and contemplation with the help of glamorous assistant and ace fashion designer Anna Antoniades.
Razorlab tattooed all sorts of things including laptops, cell phones, I pods and trays from the cafˇ. Pit green made a golf course out of lingerie. Si Scott and Hawaii design enchanted everyone with musical grahics and illustration and Hulger presented new communication concepts. Georg Baldele produced great inflatable comfort pillows.
We had a fine five days in the sun meeting a lot of nice folk, made a lot of new friends, caught up with a lot of old ones and we got to see some very good shows too. Designboom put on a fantastic Mart in the 100% Design tent, the Design Tide show in Harajuko was a joy to visit, we saw Front demonstrating their amazing sketch furniture, and weÕve come back from Tokyo again with that feeling that everything is doable.
