London

2001 the Jam Factory.

The Jam Factory was still being converted into a sprawling development of apartments when we produced DB 2001 there, to all intents it was a working building site, el Ultimo Grito made a mobile coffee bar with Lavazza, Francesco Draisci worked on the design of the show and still found time to produce his acclaimed installations of illuminated plastic containers, Vitra and Tissetanta launched new ranges, Hector Serrano launched his Mr Manolo project with Lola Llorca. Ung Svenskform returned with a collection from 20 young Swedish designers and Max Fraser launched Design UK the showcase of his book. Eoos and Norway says came back as did Droog design with their dry kitchen project. Over 300 press from 220 publications visited over the four days.
